• 온라인샵 ABKN와 오프라인샵 ABKN은 별도로 운영됩니다. Online shop ABKN and offline shop ABKN are operated respectively. 

• ABKN는 국내 보유 상품으로 판매 및 배송이 진행됩니다. ABKN only deals in domestic stock.

• 7 만원 이상 구매시 무료배송 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

• ABKN는 관세법 및 규정을 준수하고 불법물품을 취급하지 않으며 모든 제품은 100% 정품만 판매합니다.  ABKN sells only 100% authentic products according to customs law and current regulations.

• 상품 준비는 결제 완료 후 평균 2~ 3일정도가 소요됩니다. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received and credit verification is confirmed.

• 주문 완료 후 재고 부족으로 인해 주문이 취소가 될 수 있습니다. Notice there is the possibility of your order to be canceled in case of stock shortage even after your order has been made.

• Urbanic30 상품은 국내제작 상품으로 리오더가 진행 될 경우, 배송일이 지연될 수 있습니다. Remember that Urbanic30 is a self-production brand in Korea and the delivery of its products can be delayed in case of reordering.

• ABKN는 해외배송이 가능합니다.  ABKN provides you with an international shipment service.

• 해외 배송은 EMS로 발송되며 상품 무게에 따라 배송비가 별도로 측정됩니다. For international orders, EMS offers international standard ground service and shipping rate will be applied depending on the weight of products.

Returns & Changes

• 고가의 수입브랜드 특성상 단순변심에 의한 교환 및 반품이 불가하오니 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다. Foreign brands are neither returnable nor exchangeable as they are of high maintenance, thus be more cautious with your order.

• 상품보호를 위하여 상품 교환 및 반품에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. There might be a limitation of returns and exchanges in order to protect our products.

• 상품 하자 및 오배송 제품일지라도, 24시간 이내에 교환 및 반품 접수를 해주셔야 합니다. Register your request via Q&A board or C/S center within 24 hours in order to return or exchange; even in case of defected products or wrong delivery.

• 모든 상품은 상품 훼손이 (텍제거, 오염, 착용흔적) 되었을 경우에는 상품 하자 및 오배송등에도 교환 및 반품이 불가능합니다.  Items for return or exchange must be:
  1) free of any damage or signs of wear or wash.
  2) in new, resalable condition with tags still attached; even in case of defected products or wrong delivery.
